Plumber Mechanic – Service Projects

Comfort Systems USA-ColonialWebb is seeking experienced commercial plumber mechanics to join our team.

What you’ll do

Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems, according to specifications and plumbing codes.

What we’re looking for

  • Three years of experience working on commercial projects (Minimum)
  • Possession of Journeymen License (not required, but a plus)
  • Possession of Medical Gas Certification (not required, but a plus)
  • Experience with hospital projects
  • Experience with layouts.
  • Completion of applicable trade school preferred
  • Knowledge of basic construction/shop math
  • Maintain a positive attitude and willing to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and deal diplomatically with coworkers other tradesmen.
  • Knowledge of International Plumbing Code (IPC) and OSHA safety regulations.
  • Must have a clean driving record and able to pass a drug screen and background check
