Essentially, this is an individual who will help bridge the gap between refrigeration operations and sales, while taking care of key customers.

What you’ll do
- Develop Account Management Plans: Develop a plan for each refrigeration client with focus on improving customer service, retaining existing business and growing additional revenue. Lead and assist with asset evaluations and capital budgets (energy) for our key/strategic customers.
- Develop and Implement Training Modules: Design, develop, and deliver refrigeration focused training modules for sales, service, dispatch, and administrative support. Update annually with new information, tools, and upgrades as needed.
- Maintenance Contract Responsibility: Develop retention strategy for large refrigeration customers. Manage contract anniversary dates: Analyze and make recommendations on modifying and repositioning agreements on renewal processes. Collaborate with original Sales Person (if applicable) and lead the process with Maintenance Sales Administrator.
- Customer Relations: Act as the liaison between our customers and ColonialWebb, support customer interaction with operations, dispatchers, and administrative support teams. Develop and implement your systematic client interaction plan in support of overall strategy. Regularly travel within our region to customer locations and visit customers. Be a resource for customers and help with their goals and initiatives.
- Industry/Technology Involvement: Provide company and customers with new refrigeration trends, technology and industry news. Develop and establish industry relationships with vendors, networking groups and tradeshows.
- Refrigeration Collaboration: Develop relationships internally to bridge sales, operations, and administrative support teams. Collaborate to streamline processes, communication and customer service.
- Account Development/Sales Growth: Responsibility for percentage growth and achieving annual sales quota through upgrades, renovations and project related work. Develop and track additional revenue streams within existing customer base. Develop strategies to maximize existing contracts and generate revenue growth. Support sales efforts in estimating, site surveys and product selection.
- Operations Support: Support Service and Operations Managers with labor needs, quality control, and training. Assist CWC refrigeration call center with oversight of key customer issues, invoices, and other requests.
What we’re looking for
- Advanced knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems and equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Knowledge of building materials, engineering standards and codes and OSHA safety regulations
- Ability to deal diplomatically and communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Professional appearance and demeanor, organized, achievement oriented, positive, innovative and self-motivated
- Advanced proficiency interfacing with technology, including Microsoft Office and other software.
- Ability to effectively write reports and business correspondence
- Client management skills; ability to manage customer relationships, perceptions and expectations
- Ability to coordinate and perform multiple activities in a timely manner
- Ability to work in an dynamic and fast-paced work environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, infrequent overnight travel may be required
- Pass a driving record check, criminal background check, credit record check and drug screen
