Facility Maintenance Service Technician

Comfort Systems USA-ColonialWebb is seeking a Service Technician to join our team to troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems.

This position will report to a specific client facility each day.

 What you’ll do

• Perform maintenance and repair operations pertaining to medium sized to large, complex heating and cooling systems and associated control systems.
• Diagnose causes of equipment breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to equipment and associated components.

 What we’re looking for

• 1-2 years HVAC industry experience
• 1-2 years facility maintenance experience
• Completion of (or currently completing) applicable trade school preferred
• Maintain a positive attitude and willing to work in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Universal EPA certification
• Communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
• Must be able to work independently and without supervision
• Must have a clean driving record and able to pass a drug screen and background check
