Plumbing Foreman

We are looking for a Service Plumbing Foreman interested in an exciting opportunity to GROW and provide leadership for our service plumbing business! 

We are growing in the Metro area (Northern VA, DC, and MD) and seeking a dynamic individual to help us lead our commercial plumbing service business.

What you’ll do

  • Perform maintenance and repair operations to commercial plumbing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing system failures (such as system leaks and stoppages).
  • Repair various plumbing components including water closets, sanitation systems, fire sprinkler piping systems, storm drainage systems, domestic water heating systems, and HVAC hydronic systems.
  • Supervise and provide leadership and guidance to technicians and apprentices.
  • “Drum up” business, visit customers, and develop our existing customer base.
  • Qualify and estimate work for plumbing service projects.
  • Support sales efforts including prospecting for new opportunities and closing deals.

What we’re looking for

  • Work experience as a Service Plumbing Foreman
  • Master’s level experience and thorough knowledge of commercial plumbing systems
  • Master’s Plumbing License or ability to obtain a Master’s License shortly after hire
  • Leadership and entrepreneurial skills, previous business ownership is a plus
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
  • Advanced technological proficiency including Microsoft Office skills
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Possesses a valid driver’s license and willing to travel within territory.
  • Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Capable of maintaining a high energy level to handle our dynamic, fast-paced workload
  • Pass a driving record check, criminal background check, credit record check and drug screen
