HVAC Commissioning Technician (Junior)

We are seeking HVAC Commissioning Technicians to join our construction division’s commissioning team. Candidates must be willing to work hard, hustle, and learn.  

This position is in our new Construction division.

Location:  Projects are located throughout Central VA (Richmond to Williamsburg to Fredericksburg)

What you’ll do

  • Perform start-up and commissioning of HVAC systems.
  • Perform repairs to new equipment.
  • Help to diagnose causes of any equipment breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to equipment and associated components.

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of experience performing start-up and commissioning of HVAC systems.
  • Completion of applicable trade school (preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • EPA certification
  • Communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must have a clean driving record and able to pass a drug screen
