Account Executive

ColonialWebb is seeking an energetic, dynamic outside salesperson to sell refrigeration related preventative maintenance agreements, service projects and all of our capabilities to industrial/commercial customers. Account Executives are outside salespersons that develop new business.

• Sell refrigeration related preventative maintenance agreements
• Influence decision makers
• Close deals
• Focus on owners and property managers
• Spend most of your time out of the office, in front of customers
• Find new opportunities through cold calling, prospecting and heavy networking

Although refrigeration sales experience is preferred, it is not required.  Successful candidates may be sales “hunters” experienced in selling services and maintenance agreements in other industries or even less experienced sales “hunters” looking for an opportunity to drive new business.  All candidates must be creative, tenacious, quick learning, high energy and entrepreneurial people!

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Possess a valid driver’s license and willing to travel within sales territory
• Possess sales skills/capabilities necessary for customer acquisition and closing
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and phone skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Confident and positive attitude
• Competitive, ambitious, and highly motivated
• Adaptable, persuasive, and passionate
• Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Capable of maintaining a high energy level to handle our dynamic, fast-paced workload
• Pass a driving record check, credit record check and drug screen
