1. Provide leadership to technicians, installers and project teams.
2. Develop our existing customer base.
3. Qualify and estimate work for plumbing service projects.
4. Support the efforts of our sales staff by cold calling and prospecting for new opportunities.

Requirements:

1. Strong experience and thorough knowledge of commercial plumbing systems
2. Master’s Plumber license
3. Leadership and entrepreneurial skills
4. Previous business ownership is a plus
5. Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
6. HIGH energy level and passionate
7. Capable of handling a dynamic, fast paced workload of multiple assignments at the same time with minimum supervision.
8. Advanced technological proficiency including Microsoft Office skills
9. Strong knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
10. Organized
