Strategic Account Manager

 

ColonialWebb is seeking a loyal, relationship focused individual to focus on customer retention and the development of healthy, long-lasting customer relationships. Strategic Account Managers partner with key commercial customers to ensure that ColonialWebb continues to proactively address all of their mechanical needs.

  1. Maintain and grow existing customer accounts and build relationships

  2. Provide technical support to customers and internal staff

  3. Contract management and scope development of commercial service and project contracts

  4. Estimate and review proposals to ensure accuracy of our out-going proposals

  5. Follow up with customers often and influence decision makers

  6. Develop and support all activities to generate pull-through opportunities

  7. Support sales and business development operations in the management of customer accounts

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  2. Commercial HVAC/plumbing background and estimating knowledge preferred

  3. High mechanical aptitude

  1. Possesses a valid driver’s license and willing to travel within sales territory.

  2. Possesses sales skills/capabilities necessary for customer acquisition, closing, and retention.

  3. Ability to explain tangible and intangible differentiators between our services and our competitors

  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and phone skills

  5. Customer orientated with strong customer service skills

  6. Loyal and optimistic

  7. Adaptable, persuasive, competitive and passionate

  8. Advanced technological proficiency including strong Microsoft Excel skills

  9. Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision

  10. Capable of maintaining a high energy level to handle our dynamic, fast-paced workload

  11. Pass a driving record check, criminal background check, credit record check and drug screen
