Commercial Refrigeration Technician (Rack Experience required)

Comfort Systems USA-ColonialWebb is seeking experienced Commercial Refrigeration Service Technicians with strong supermarket rack refrigeration skills to join our teams.

What you’ll do

Supermarket rack refrigeration technicians will perform maintenance, troubleshooting/service, and repair operations to supermarket rack equipment, reach-in boxes, cooler display cases, walk-in boxes, ice machines, and on occasion, HVAC systems. 

What we’re looking for

Although Journeymen and Master’s HVAC licenses are not required, completion of an applicable trade school is preferred, and strong industry experience is a must. All candidates must be customer oriented, driven, collaborative, and safe.

• Journeyman level experience troubleshooting, service, and repairing commercial refrigeration equipment to include rack refrigeration systems, cooler display cases, reach-in & walk-in boxes, and ice machines 
• High school diploma or equivalent
• EPA certification
• Communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
• Must be able to work independently and without supervision
• Must have a clean driving record and able to pass a drug screen and background check
