Account Executive Team Leader - Service Sales

ColonialWebb is seeking an energetic, dynamic outside salesperson to lead our team and sell HVAC related preventative maintenance agreements, service projects and all of our capabilities to commercial customers.

What you’ll do

The Sales Team Leader is a "player/coach" who provides direction and guidance to Account Executives as well as develops new business through operating expense consultations aimed at maintaining system efficiency and energy conservation.

  • Sell HVAC related preventative maintenance agreements
  • Supervise and provide leadership and guidance to Account Executives.
  • Spend most of your time out of the office, in front of customers
  • Find new opportunities through cold calling, prospecting and heavy networking
  • Focus on owners and property managers
  • Influence decision makers
  • Close deals

What we’re looking for

  • Experience supervising and leading outside salespersons (minimum of five years, preferred)
  • Experience "hunting"/selling B2B services and maintenance agreements.
  • HVAC or MEP "hunting"/selling experience is nice to have, but not required.
  • Possesses sales skills/capabilities necessary for customer acquisition and closing.
  • Possesses a valid driver’s license and willing to travel within sales territory.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and phone skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Confident and positive attitude
  • Competitive, ambitious, and highly motivated
  • Adaptable, persuasive, and passionate
  • Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Creative, tenacious, quick learning, high energy, and entrepreneurial-focused.
  • Capable of maintaining a high energy level to handle our dynamic, fast-paced workload
  • Pass a driving record check, criminal background check, credit record check and drug screen
